Welcome to the homepage of the Early Learning Center Research Program at the University of Delaware.

The UD Early Learning Center stimulates and promotes research activities specifically with children from birth through 12-years of age, their families, and their communities. Collaborative interdisciplinary activities are especially valued and core/universal assessments are collected on all children and their families to provide a database for ongoing research.

The ELC opened on June 14, 2004, and is a full day child care facility for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old.
